As we know our littles are only little for so long and only believe for so long so take the time to capture the magic this year! I've put together an exclusive experience for Christmas this year that is nothing like what I have done before. Join me either November 8 or November 16 for a special 20 minutes session with use of two magical sets to capture the spirit of the season.

November 8 will include Merry Manor for full family pictures then kids can get cozy in their PJ's for the Believe in Magic experience where kids can ring their very own silver bell, receive a golden ticket and toss fake snow. 

November 15 will include Merry Manor as well as a solid green backdrop with minimalistic holiday decor like pencils trees and fake snow. 

The all inclusive session fee will be $275 and is inclusive of everything mentioned above plus 5 magically edited images. 50% is due at signing, it is non-refundable and non-transferable as these are an extremely limited run this year I will not host a make up day. Book early to ensure you don't miss out!

Please note that newborns and littles are always welcome but any little under the age of 1 must either have a parent or older sibling that is willing to hold them or be able to sit unassisted. 

Booking Highlight Notes:

• Please plan on arriving at the studio 5 minute prior to your start time 
• Due to the back to back nature of these sessions if you are more than 5 minutes late your session maybe forfeited
• There are no refunds or make up dates for these sessions as they are a limited run 
• 50% is due at today with the remainder due the day before your session

Session Information & Understanding:

This contract is written for the purpose of family or personal portraits. The signing of this contract states the client’s understanding that it is their choice to participate in these photos, and the client will not hold studio responsible for any negative actions or feelings that may commence due to the images of this shoot. Based off the print/product agreement the client is agreeable to the terms, conditions, and timeline of the session, and the delivery of images and products. The client states that they are 18 years or older. If the client is not 18 years or older, they understand a parent or legal guardian is required to sign this contract as well.

Payment: 
50% retainer is due at signing to hold date/time for your session. This fee is non-refundable/non-transferable

50% remainder is due the day of your session

Retainer: 
This signed contract and the retainer are required to book the session. The retainer is 50% of the purchased package. In the event of a canceled session by the client this retainer is non-refundable.

Schedule Arrangements:
Due to the nature of the session a strict timeline will be enforced to ensure the package obligations are met. The session will start at the scheduled start time even if the client is tardy or unprepared. The session end time will remain the same. If additional time is needed, client will have the option to purchase based off the a la carte pricing menu for additional time. If you have more than one location for your session, the travel time going from destination A to destination B so forth does count towards the total amount of the session time. The same applies for outfit changes; changing from one outfit to another does count towards the total amount of the session time. Studio will not be held responsible for additional sessions needed due to forgotten items.

Fees:
 There are additional fees for the following: added time, additional outfit changes, any products/prints/services not specified in the package purchased. Reference the a la carte pricing menu for specific pricing amounts.

Cooperation: 
Studio is not held responsible for behavior of parties involved with the shoot, with the exception of studio personnel. If the desired outcome of your session is jeopardized by the behaviors of parties involved with the exception of studio personnel, studio cannot be held responsible.

Client Usage Rights/Copyrights:  
Client shall receive a print release for their images selected but cannot submit for print/publication without consent from photographer. 

Copyrights: 
Client grants studio unrestricted usage rights and copyrights to use and publish photographs in any manner or medium. Client grants studio permission to use images taken within this session in sample albums, marketing materials, editorial, online web presences, including but not limited to, website, social networks, blog, etc. Images may also be used in photographic competitions and for publication in which case the client will release all profits from images. Client can opt out, just notify photographer in writing. 

Reshoot Policy:
There is no reshoots available for these sessions as they are a limited run.

Limit of Liability:
In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the session, studio will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer unless otherwise specified by the client.  If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found or accepted, a reshoot will be scheduled for the next available time slot. In the unlikely event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond studio control, studio liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the portrait session.  The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals will be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.

Completion Schedule:
Due to the nature of these sessions, completion and product delivery time may vary. Please refer to the product/print order contract for specific completion times and dates for your purchased products.
