Austin or Bust

Over the past year or so my husband has been traveling back and forth between San Jose and Austin for work as well as attending an annual conference there. Every time he would come back and say "I think you would really like it there" and I of course would brush it off, I mean how would it get better than Northern California. Fast forward to Isabella being born, the cost of living continuing to increase and the crave for change hit us both smack dab in the face full force. We talked seriously about it at the beginning of 2018 and I put together this silly google slide presentation about our upcoming plan of action and so far we have not been too far off from what I predicted.

We visited Austin early April and while we were there we found a great community and a house that was being built, with finishes we loved! We took the chance and put down our deposit and hurried back to San Jose to call our broker, the one and only Adriana Trenev, and list the house here in San Jose. We have gotten wonderful updates on our house in Austin with pictures and all and have the most lovely broker there helping us along, hi Zoe! We officially make the trek to Austin in July to start a new adventure and cannot wait to meet wonderful new clients.
